1. What Picklers is

Picklers is a free, community-run directory of pickleball courts in Cebu. We help people find where to play and how to book, but we don't operate, manage, or take bookings for any venue. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Accuracy of information

Court details — rates, availability, contact channels, exact location — are contributed and verified by the community and may be out of date or incorrect. Always confirm directly with the venue before relying on anything shown here. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any listing.

3. Acceptable use

Picklers is built for people looking for a court to play at. You may browse, search, and share individual listings freely. You may not:

• Use automated means — scrapers, bots, crawlers, scripts, or any tool not intended for normal human browsing — to access, copy, or extract data from this site in bulk;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any measure we use to restrict or monitor automated access;
• Copy, republish, redistribute, sell, or otherwise make available the compiled court directory, or any substantial part of it, as a standalone dataset or as part of another product or service;
• Use the directory, or any data taken from it, to build, populate, or operate a competing directory or service; or
• Access the site in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure or degrades it for other users.

Normal search engine indexing that respects our robots.txt is fine.

4. Community contributions

If you submit or edit a listing, you're confirming the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and giving us permission to publish it on the directory, including any name or handle you provide for attribution. We may edit, verify, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion.

5. No liability for third parties

We aren't responsible for the conduct, pricing, quality, or safety of any court or venue listed here. Any booking or transaction you make is directly between you and that venue.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. Continued use of Picklers after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
